Well unfortunately I had 4 nights booked but only stayed 1 night had a family emergency had to leave early would like a discount when I come back in May
My Son and I came down for Oceans Calling music festival and the location couldn't have been better!! The staff were EXTREMELY helpful when I had an issue at check-in, completely all on me, but they were VERY accommodating and got me all checked in. The rooms are a bit small, but we were there for the experiences outside in OCMD, not the room itself. All we really needed was a bed and shower. The microwave and TV were a bonus. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and generous with clean towels and whatever else was needed. There is an ice machine across from the lobby if needed and an adorable 2nd floor viewing area with seating that looks out on Baltimore Street. If you need to be close to the center of OCMD this is the spot for you.
Didn't like location of 1st room, and the check-in woman was excellent and had a room closer and we got to change the rooms. Staff was friendly and efficient. We could walk to the bars and restaurants.
I've been coming here for about 8 years now. Great location just one block from boardwalk. Rooms always clean & staff very friendly. Great value.
Everything as soon as we got there we got an free upgrade to an apartment then last min decided to stay an extra day and the people at the desk help us out
